Gold Crew Athlete of the Month: Jennice Colaco<\/h4>\n

Jennice is in her third year of computer engineering and has been extremely dedicated to the Iron Dragons since she joined, working her butt off in both the gym and on the erg \u2013 she\u2019s a quick learner and has a lot of potential!<\/p>\n

What made you want to join the Iron Dragons?<\/h6>\n

Great team, great coaches and it’s LOADS OF FUN!<\/p>\n

What do you like most about Iron Dragons so far?<\/h6>\n

The hard work every single person puts in. It’s no wonder Iron Dragons is such a great team, there are very dedicated people behind it.<\/p>\n

Who or what inspires you the most to go to the gym and improve?<\/h6>\n

Seeing myself being able to lift more, run more and just beat myself week after week is a great motivator.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What other sports do you enjoy? What are your hobbies?<\/h6>\n

I enjoy learning Muay Thai. Eating is my forever hobby, and planning social events.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favourite food?<\/h6>\n

Too many to list but I love trying out new cuisines.<\/p>\n

What are you most looking forward to this season?<\/h6>\n

Becoming a better paddler, getting to know everyone on the team and my very first race. I know that’s more than one, but I’m just so excited!<\/p>\n
